Today we are celebrating our Assistant Manager, Alice Lloyd. Thank you for the important work you are doing to save children from accidental poisoning...you are making a difference.

How long have you worked for BDMG?

I have worked for Bird Dog Marketing Group for a little over four years.

Tell us a little bit about your family.

I'm married to a wonderful man named Bruce Lloyd, another BDMG employee and we live in sunny South Carolina on Lake Murray. We have a son Matthew, daughter-in-law Melissa, and daughter Danielle who live in Florida, a son Danny who lives in Colorado and a son Brian, daughter-in-law Faith, and two amazing grandchildren Logan and Aria that live in Ohio.

What are your favorite hobbies?

We enjoy boating on our pontoon boat, cooking, going to garage/yard sales, and volunteering at our church.

What is your favorite quote?

Not sure who said it, but "Being Happy Doesn't Mean Everything's Perfect, It Means You've Decided to Look Beyond the Imperfections."

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Paris, France. We went there a few years ago and I loved everything about the city and the culture there.

If you were to retire and work at Disney World, what would be your dream job?

Alice in Wonderland, of course.

Do you have a favorite non-profit or organization that you like to volunteer for or support?

We volunteer with our missions program at our church and we cook periodically for those who are ill, have lost family members, or just need encouragement. I teach a bible study and I'm a Stephen Minister at my church as well.

What is the funniest situation you have run into while doing child-resistant adult package testing?

This happened during adult testing but while we were testing in a local grocery store, a customer thought we were selling the local newspaper. He was ranting at us for a minute or two about how terrible he thought the paper was and then we asked if he'd like to test a medicine bottle for us and he was quite embarrassed.
